RECOVERY GUIDE

Understanding Recovery Progress

Read attempted counts, progress, elapsed time, and the final task result.

Counts and overall progress

Attempted candidates are the entries the engine has processed. Total candidates are based on imported dictionaries and the engine rules. Rejected or skipped entries can affect the meaning of a completed task.

Percent complete compares work performed with the available task total. It is not a probability of finding the password.

Time estimates

Elapsed time measures the task runtime. Estimated remaining time uses the measured processing rate and remaining work, so it can fluctuate during startup or changes in system load.

A match can stop the task early. Exhausting successfully tested candidates without a match means the correct password was not found in that search; it does not prove the wallet has no recoverable password.

Never share recovery phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, wallet files, or password dictionaries. Prepare a sanitized support report if you need help.
